As an independent letting agent we have a wide range of properties to suit every students budget ranging from low cost room shares to studio flats right through to large houses for groups of sharers and even city centre apartments.
Our staff have an in depth knowledge of properties available on our database in Birmingham and the West Midlands area and also on properties that are due to become available in the near future.
We conduct accompanied viewings Monday – Friday between the hours of 9.30 am to 6.00pm and Saturdays 10.30am – 2.15pm if however these times are not suitable we are more than happy to make arrangements to suit ones diary.

Upon contacting our offices a consultant will go through your list of requirements to determine what properties we have in our database that are suitable to your needs, if we do not have anything available to suit then we will keep your details on our system and should anything become available we will either send you an email listing of what has become available or call you.
Once we have found suitable properties we will then arrange viewings to suit, if then you decide that the property is right for you we will require you to reserve the property by leaving a good faith reservation fee and then we will start the vetting process which comprises of credit referencing, financial checks and previous accommodation references, students will also be required to provide a guarantor, upon successful referencing we will then arrange a suitable time and date for you to move in to your new home.
